In 2017 minimum monthly wage is 435 €.
After change
In 2018 minimum monthly wage will be increased to 480 €. In 2019 it will be up to 500 €.

For every hour of night shift employee is granted with at least 20% of minimal hour wage. In 2017 it makes 0,50 €.
After change
Premium payments for night shift will be increased by 100% of value of minimal hour wage - from 0,50 € to 1,25 €. It should add annually from 320 € to 500 €.

Complementary management companies manage third pillar as complementary income in retirement. Saver is contributing to funds himself, or through his employer.
After change
Pre-retirement will be covered from third pillar consisting of contributions of both employer and employee for protecting savers before reaching the retirement age. If they lose a job, third pillar will cover social insurance for employee. NEXT
